LAX Lugagge Storage

Used this luggage service on 10-25-23 on a 9 hour layover. I collected my bags after I landed and called the number on the website. Someone picked up my bags within 10 minutes, I had no reservation just called. After exploring the city I called and let them know what departing terminal I was at and within 10 minutes I had my bags. This service was as advertised via their website. Super easy and stress free way to store your bags. Would definitely this service.

they were fast, convenient, friendly and affordable. Called the phone number when I got my bags from baggage claim since I had a long layover. They were very professional and picked my bags up in a van with their company name on it within 15 mins. Told them around what time I’d be back later and then left. Ended up needing my luggage an hour earlier and they easily made it happen. They were waiting for me at departures when my lyft driver dropped me off, making for a smooth interaction. Would definitely recommend and use their services again if I need to. Thank you so much!!

Just wanted to give a big shout out to these guys! They were very responsive and punctual! I left the luggage for a week while flying to another state and then they brought the luggage back at the terminal exactly at the time we agreed on. They respond on WhatsApp almost right away so I didn’t have to worry about it even for a second! Easy and convenient! Thank you!

After reading many good reviews & a few bad ones, I decided to try their service for the first time. This is when I learn that we can't fully depend on this service. Although they said no reservation required, I decided to inform them 4 hours in advance via their WhatsApp number. Upon arrival at LAX & collected my luggages, I called them from baggage claim area, and it goes to voice mail. Nobody pickup their WhatsApp number. So there goes my plan for the day. Tried again few times for both numbers for half hour, left a message but no return calls, so I need to come up with plan B. Several hours later then they tried to call me back, but too late. I wonder what's goomg to happen when I am about to depart & need my luggages back, and they cannot be reached, it will be chaos. Just sharing my experience so please prepare plan B if you want to use them.

Call ahead of time to get someone to pick up at the airport since the physical location seems to be just where they store the luggage with no one there normally. It was just a door right behind the weed shop so I was completely confused at first. But I called the number and someone showed up within 10 minutes. I scheduled a dropoff and he dropped it off within 10 minutes of me calling later on that day. Completely smooth transactions.

I used these guys when I had 10 hours to kill in LA before my flight home. I dropped my bags at their location. And not going to lie, I wasn't 100% sure. But they were very good. They said they'd have my bags to me curb side within 15 minutes and with the traffic I sat in getting back to the airport, I thought it unlikely. But fair dues to them. They had it to me in less than 10min I'd say. Seemed like nice chaps too.
